At Atrafloor privacy is as important to us as it is to you. We will never pass your contact information onto any other companies or third parties, your data is 100% safe with us, and it will never be used by anyone else. We will only use your information to help improve our products and services and deal with your orders and queries effectively and efficiently.

Terms & Conditions

The information on this page details the terms and conditions upon which we supply you (the buyer) with our goods and services. By purchasing any of these goods or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Order Process

You must state the name/details of the flooring design you would like to order, along with the measurements or floor plans and any additional alterations.

Upon sending the order to us, you will receive a proof image and a quote containing the total cost of goods and services via email. We aim to respond to all orders within 24 hours of submission, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Please note that at this stage the order is not obligatory, and you (the buyer), or us (the seller) have the right to abandon the contract.

We will send a confirmation email once you approve the scale proof image and payment has been made via any of the means acceptable by us [see below].

Payment

We accept the following payment methods: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Cheque, BACS.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel a product or services (customisations of print or design) within seven working days, provided that the services agreed within the contract have not already started.

You are entitled to a reasonable opportunity to inspect the products and are expected to return the product in its original condition.

We do not offer refunds on customised products (custom sized flooring, custom designs).

Any products or services with apparent defects caused by Atrafloor will be replaced or refunded. Products or services that become unavailable within the 30 days from payment will be arranged for a later delivery date or refunded according to our refund policy.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Production & Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver orders and services in good time. Our quoted delivery times are approximate. Delivery can take place up to 30 days from the start of the contract (once payment is received). We cannot be held responsible for delays or errors made by third party courier or postal services. We will always ensure that the order is securely sealed in rigid packaging. Any damage that the package may incur during transit should be noted upon delivery and signed for as damaged.

The customer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.

Quality of Goods
