Shipping Rates Table
Shipping prices are calculated based on location and volume of flooring ordered. The table below shows prices by region.
You have the right to cancel a product or services (customisations of print or design) within seven working days, provided that the services agreed within the contract have not already started.
If your flooring arrives and there is a problem, simply contact our team as soon as you can and we will find a resolution for you. We will request images of your flooring in order to make an initial assessment, please send these to [email protected]. Please note that once flooring has been installed we can’t accept any returns.
As our products are custom made to for each customer, we’re unable to have goods returned to us because of a change of mind or plan or variance in colour. This is because we cannot re-use anything we produce.
Any products or services with apparent defects caused by Atrafloor will be replaced or refunded.
Under no circumstances can we compensate installation fees from third parties or take responsibility for installation errors.
